Job Summary The Business Performance Analyst, working under general supervision, is responsible for understanding the business unit data and analytic needs of low to moderate complexity. By gathering business requirements and utilizing qualitative and quantitative rigor they provide data-driven answers or solutions to business questions and needs. The Business Performance Analyst uses a collaborate approach with peers and internal business partners to support addressing key business needs. In partnership with the business stakeholders, the Business Performance Analyst helps ensure development of work products deliver optimal business value, whether working independently or as part of a larger delivery team.
