The Opportunity

The Digital Media Business (DMe) Communications team plays a vital role in supporting our business and product narratives and significantly contributes to our corporate reputation. This position is for a creative communicator who enjoys product and innovation storytelling, has enthusiasm for media relations, and excels in dynamic, interconnected settings. You will need to offer critical thinking, narrative development, and program coordination while working with various areas of the company.

We're looking for a Public Relations Manager who loves digital storytelling and media driven by individual creators. In this role, you will guide our communications approach on new media channels such as YouTube and Substack. You'll oversee relationship management, develop stories, and grow our network to strengthen our brand story in today's media environment. You will link traditional PR with the creator economy by partnering with YouTubers, Substack writers, podcasters, and other digital newscasters to develop connections and engagements that communicate stories boosting our brand and products.

What you'll Do
  • Day-to-day management of a critical communications program to reach non-traditional press with key Adobe brand and product stories, including audience-specific KOL programs, to drive efficiency, impact, and scale
  • Nurture priority relationships with non-traditional press across Substack, YouTube, and social channels
  • Brainstorm and drive execution for new strategies to continue to expand Adobe's non-traditional press network and connect with contacts to build mutually beneficial relationships
  • Work with audience leads to deliver stories in non-traditional press outlets that support key product and innovation storylines
  • Develop a consistent benchmark and measurement program across non-traditional press channels
What you need to succeed
  • Over 12 years of experience in digital media communications, specializing in consumer and brand communications
  • Experience in the tech or software industry is highly desirable, particularly with a product suite or consumer-facing brands
  • Passion for following media, influencer voices, emerging channels, and cultural moments and memes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple teams to achieve common goals
  • Proficiency in digital media tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of current trends, new mediums, and established guidelines
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $125,000 -- $242,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
