This position is designed to be hybrid. Who we are and what we do: The Department of Finance and Administration is seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the position of STS Agency Executive IT Director - DevOps, Data, and Business Intelligence. As an Executive IT Director within the Department of Finance and Administration's Strategic Technology Solutions (STS), Business Solutions Delivery Division, under the Health and Social Services Domain, this role provides strategic leadership for all DevOps, Data, and Business Intelligence activities supporting the agencies modernization efforts across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and Informatica platforms as well as current legacy and future operations and maintenance. The position directs a multidisciplinary IT team of approximately 45 IT professionals engaged in strategic planning, development, integration, and operational support. The Executive IT Director reports to the Agency CIO and collaborates closely with IT and agency executive leadership to deliver innovative, secure, and data-driven technology solutions that advance the agency's mission. This role encompasses professional IT work of considerable difficulty and strategic importance. Key Responsibilities:
