Here is what you will be doing each day: As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information including, but not limited to, room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, the local area and other general product knowledge and answer guest questions and inquiries. Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction. Does this sound like you? You have a self-starting personality with an even disposition, can maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. and can communicate well with guests. You have the ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts. You agree that in order to maintain a positive guest and associate experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance. You understand the 24/7 hotel workplace and have a flexible schedule, including days, nights & weekends. 1 - 2 years: Customer service or hospitality background preferred (required)
