What You'll Do

  • Perform daily maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, appliances)

  • Complete unit turnovers and maintain common areas

  • Conduct routine building and grounds inspections

  • Communicate with vendors and contractors

  • Maintain curb appeal with daily property walks and seasonal prep (snow, leaves, etc.)

  • Support the emergency on-call rotation

  • Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are maintained

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

  • Follow all safety protocols and support overall property operations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience levels vary by position-both entry-level and skilled technicians encouraged to apply

  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair is a plus

  • Valid driver's license required for all positions

  • Preference given to candidates with previous snow plow driving experience

  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

  • Ability to participate in the on-call rotation

  • Maintenance Supervisors must hold an EPA Universal certification

  • HVAC/EPA Type II or Universal preferred for Maintenance I/II roles

  • CPO certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
