Electrical Engineer - SCADA & Automation Expert | Relocation Available!



About the Role


NTN Driveshaft Anderson, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll design and implement advanced industrial control systems and develop SCADA solutions that power our high-tech manufacturing operations. What You'll Do



  • Design and optimize equipment control systems, data acquisition systems, and vision systems for production.
  • Improve manufacturing processes for machining, turning, heat treat, and coating operations.
  • Develop SCADA packages for HMIs, IIOT, MES, and reporting applications.
  • Integrate machine PLC data tags with SQL servers and visualization software for real-time analytics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
  • Design electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For



  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming.
  • Experience with SCADA software (e.g., Ignition) and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with robotics, servo controllers, vision systems, and VFDs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
