  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using vector databases for semantic search and document intelligence.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of ML/AI experience with a proven track record of deploying production ML systems.
  • Hands-on expertise in deep learning, including PyTorch/TensorFlow, transformer architectures, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Expert-level programming proficiency in Python; strong software engineering skills (design patterns, testing, code quality).
  • Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, Oracle Cloud); Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Proficiency with ML frameworks and tools such as MLflow, LangChain, AutoGen, and vector databases for semantic search.
  • Solid understanding of MLOps practices: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, drift detection, A/B testing, and lifecycle management.
  • Data engineering fundamentals, including data pipelines, ETL/ELT, streaming (Kafka), and data quality practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or regulated industries (government, healthcare, finance).
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as FAR/DFARS, DCAA, or similar regulations.
  • MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred; BS with equivalent experience considered.
