As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and provide outstanding customer service and communication, all while embodying our values of teamwork, innovation, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, dispatching Allied Universal personnel as needed in response to incidents or requests for assistance.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, incidents, and dispatched activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials when necessary, supporting security-related procedures for the healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and relaying information as appropriate.
• Support emergency response activities by quickly relaying information to appropriate personnel and coordinating Allied Universal resources.
• Collaborate with on-site staff and Allied Universal team members to help to deter potential disruptions and maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
