As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols both inside the facility and around the perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity, helping to deter potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance needs according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with crowd control and help to direct individuals during peak times or emergency situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
