As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Your role involves routine patrols, visible presence, and outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Operate as a dispatch professional, monitoring and coordinating security-related communications within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying information to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, incidents, and activities occurring during the shift.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or potential hazards.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations and maintain a secure environment.
• Utilize communication systems and surveillance technology to monitor and report any suspicious activities or conditions within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
