Key Responsibilities: Execute prototype builds and testing under the direction of experienced R&D professionals. Set up and operate lab and prototyping equipment such as bonders, embossers, cutters, sealers, sewing machines, and more. Organize and maintain lab materials, equipment, and inventory for multiple projects. Label, package, and ship prototype products and materials. Support ideation sessions and assist in creating demos, visuals, and displays for new concepts. Capture and document prototype processes and measurements to ensure reproducibility. Contribute to bench testing and sample preparation for small-scale evaluations. Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint to organize data and report results. Qualifications: Strong hands-on mechanical and technical skills. Ability to adapt quickly, take direction, and work with minimal supervision. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative R&D environment. Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new systems.
