Receiving Clerk Horseshoe Bay Resort | Purchasing Department We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Purchasing Team as a Receiving Clerk. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring the seamless flow of goods required to operate our luxury resort. Job Overview The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the entire process of accepting and documenting goods delivered to the resort, ensuring compliance with resort standards and safety regulations, particularly concerning perishable items. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail in record-keeping, and the physical ability to assist with unloading and distributing shipments. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
The clerk must maintain strict control over all incoming and outgoing goods and associated paperwork.
The clerk facilitates the efficient movement of products from the dock to the end-user department.
The clerk must adhere to all resort safety and procedural guidelines.
