Position Description The HR Analyst & Business Partner plays a key role in bridging data-driven HR insights with strategic people support. This hybrid position manages core HR systems (including UKG), leads HR reporting and analytics, and partners with leaders across corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, and IT. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and systems skills with a desire to grow as an HR Business Partner, supporting talent, performance, and engagement initiatives across the organization. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols. Key Competencies Required to be Successful as a HR Analyst & Business Partner: HR Systems & Analytics (Approx. 50%)

Target Annual Base Compensation range for this exempt role is $80k-85k DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
