The Opportunity

DAT is seeking a dynamic and strategicSenior Product Operations Manager, GTM to serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing within our Convoy Platform organization. This role will play a critical part in operationalizing our commercial strategy, enabling customer-facing teams, and ensuring alignment between product innovation and go-to-market execution.

You'll thrive here if you love turning complex ideas into clear, actionable plans - and if you're as comfortable digging into data and systems as you are crafting narratives and frameworks that drive cross-functional alignment.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a builder who can translate customer and market insights into scalable GTM programs, operational frameworks, and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define and operationalize GTM plans for new product launches and platform integrations.
  • Develop playbooks, process frameworks, and performance dashboards that connect roadmap priorities to commercial execution.
  • Lead quarterly and annual GTM planning cycles - aligning revenue, product, and customer success goals.
  • Support pricing and packaging strategies with market insights and competitive intelligence.

Product & Commercial Enablement

  • Build and manage scalable enablement programs for commercial teams (Sales, CSM, Solutions) that translate product capabilities into customer value stories.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Sales Enablement team to ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and readiness across all GTM functions.
  • Create feedback loops between field teams and Product to improve roadmap prioritization and feature adoption.
  • Develop data-driven processes for measuring the impact of enablement and launch programs on pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Insights, Analytics, and Process Design

  • Design and maintain reporting and dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or Looker) to measure product performance, sales motion effectiveness, and GTM health.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation or workflow improvements that increase sales productivity and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the operational owner of cross-functional tools and systems related to GTM execution (CRM, enablement platforms, and data visualization tools).

What You'll Bring

  • 6-10 years of experience in Go-To-Market Operations, Product Operations, Strategy, or Commercial Enablement within a SaaS, logistics, or marketplace business.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing GTM frameworks and launch programs from 0-1.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect commercial, operational, and technical dots.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to distill complex technical topics into customer-relevant narratives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing at multiple levels, including senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable operating in ambiguity, iterating quickly, and scaling what works.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with freight, logistics, or transportation technology.
  • Exposure to API-driven products or partner integrations.
  • Background in Product Marketing, Enablement, or Technical Program Management.
