We offer *structured training*, *career advancement*, and even cover your licensing costs. *What You'll Do* * Be the go-to guide for investors-help process transactions, answer account questions, and provide solutions that align with their goals. * Handle account transactions over the phone (think purchases, redemptions, and exchanges). * Help investors navigate online platforms like a pro-troubleshoot and resolve issues with ease. * Deliver clear, goal-oriented service that makes every interaction seamless and stress-free. *What We're Looking For* * *Customer service champs* with at least 1 year of experience (retail, food service, or similar counts!). * Career-minded individuals who thrive on self-management and have a strong work ethic. * Problem-solvers with empathy, patience, and a knack for making customers feel heard. * Willingness to study for and pass the *SIE (Securities Industry Essentials)* exam-don't worry, we'll cover the cost and provide materials! * High school diploma required; college degree preferred. *The Details* * *Pay:* $21.00/hr (weekly pay).
