Overview
As a Recruiting Programs & Operations Specialist, you'll be at the center of Gartner's Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem-driving operational excellence, enabling scalable systems, and delivering high-impact programs. You'll partner across global TA, HRIS, HR, Compliance, and People Analytics to ensure our recruiting infrastructure supports business growth and delivers a best-in-class experience for candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve recruiting programs that span systems, compliance, and associate experience. Own end-to-end delivery-from design and stakeholder alignment to execution and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted partner to recruiters, sourcers, program leads, and business leaders. Surface insights, resolve pain points, and ensure alignment across global teams and initiatives.
- Serve as a superuser and subject matter expert across Gartner's recruiting platforms (CRM, ATS, Interview Management). Drive enhancements, support new tool evaluations, and ensure adoption through training and enablement.
- Manage recurring audits, access requests, and compliance workflows. Streamline processes to reduce friction and improve data integrity across TA systems.
- Build and deliver training programs that support system changes, process updates, and recruiter development. Facilitate live sessions, create guides, and host office hours to drive engagement and understanding.
- Partner with HR, Employment Law, Ethics & Compliance, and People Analytics to ensure recruiting practices align with broader organizational goals and policies.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 77,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
