Role Summary

As a Digital Delivery Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the bank's digital strategy and operations. Working with the Digital Center of Excellence team, you'll learn how large-scale digital programs are developed, tracked, and optimized to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This internship offers an opportunity to build skills in digital strategy, project management, and data analysis in a professional, fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate digital projects and initiatives that support the bank's strategic objectives.

  • Track and document digital program performance, ensuring timely progress and smooth execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Strategy, Risk, Finance, and Vendor Management.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and digital operations.

  • Organize key program materials including timelines, policies, and workflow documentation.

  • Research digital banking trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies.

  • Participate in team meetings to learn project management and digital governance practices.

  • Analyze data and reports to assess program effectiveness and potential improvement areas.

Education & Experience

Required:
  • Current enrollment in a degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior standing) in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital tools, systems, and technology-driven solutions.

Preferred:
  • Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).

  • Exposure to data analysis, business process mapping, or digital program management concepts.
