Position summary
The Program Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating and managing the daily administrative operations of the Pediatric Transplant Center (PTC) and supporting the Transplant Administrator, Department Chief, and Director of Nursing/Patient Care Operations. This role includes providing general operational support and leading planning efforts for PTC-sponsored events. The Program Coordinator is accountable for timely and effective communication responses. They also take ownership of bills and invoices, drive process improvement initiatives, and coordinate with the marketing team for website and social media updates Key responsibilities
Minimum qualifications Education:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 830a-500p, full time, Hybrid, 2-3 days in office weekly after fully trained. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
