What you'll do:

• Assembles boxes, inserts bags, and applies appropriate labels specific to the product being packaged.
• Assembles Gaylords, inserts bags, and moves product to the appropriate location in the warehouse.
• Opens and dumps the product into the hopper, then returns the carton to the production line.
• Ensures cartons and bags are closed properly before moving to the carton sealer.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
• Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.

What you'll need to have:

*High School diploma or equivalent.

*The ability to stand for long periods of time

*The ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
