| Genesis10 is seeking a Trust Operations Professional for an 8-month contract position with our financial services client. The position is on a hybrid schedule and is located in Minneapolis, MN. 
 Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (W-2).
 
 Job Description:
 
 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Trust Operations Professional to join the operational team supporting the personal trust business. This role focuses on the lifecycle management of trust accounts, including openings, terminations, reconciliations, and cash movement, while ensuring high-quality client service and operational accuracy.
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Account Lifecycle Management:
 
   
 Open new trust accounts, complete required documentation, initiate funding, and establish system interfaces.Process account terminations, ensuring all legal and procedural steps are completed, including delivery instructions and interface closures.
 
Reconciliation & Processing:
 
   
 Perform trust account and DDA reconciliations, daily net settlement, cash and fee processing, and trust account maintenance.Ensure accuracy of account data through regular quality control and reconciliation tasks.
 
Client & Advisor Communication:
 
   
 Respond to inquiries from Senior Trust Administrators, Investment Officers, advisors, and clients.Review and process direct requests in line with internal procedures and approval processes.
 
Support Functions:
 
   
 Assist with daily cash distributions and exception processing.Collaborate with internal partners to resolve errors and support project-based initiatives.
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience in financial operations or trust services in the following areas:
 
   
 Client & Account Maintenance Trust Account & DDA reconciliationCash processingFee processingAccount TerminationsDaily Net Settlement
 
Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Associate's or Bachelor's degreeParalegal or similar experience working with legal documents and communications
