Information System Security Officer (ISSO) III Philadelphia, PA (hybrid) Pay From: $130,00 per year MUST: Active Secret (DOD) Experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) III Six (6) years of experience ISSO Prior experience with NAVSEA, DON and DOD cybersecurity policies Cybersecurity vulnerability and threat analysis experience IAT-II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university DUTIES: Support the development, monitoring, and execution of the Cybersecurity Program in support of Code 104 at Naval Surface Warfare Center Includes DoD Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF) services The effort includes Cybersecurity policy, reviewing A&A artifacts, performing A&A validation, implementation of security postures, Subject Matter Expertise in cybersecurity lifecycle management, coordination, implementation, and sustainment of labs under RMF Responsible for coordinating and enacting required security changes, within various levels of an organization, ensuring compliance with published policies conduct cybersecurity vulnerability and threat analysis Support cyber incident response by isolating potentially effected assets, initial investigation and data collection, through status updates/reporting Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
