Description Our client is hiring an Intermediate UX Researcher to support their research team in driving product innovation based on customer needs. Their flagship products are taking the market by storm with their personalized AI solutions for legal firms and attorneys. This UX Researcher will be working with other UX Researchers, UX Designers, Data Science teams, Product, and other stakeholders to conduct research for new products, features, and capabilities. One should be familiar with most methodologies for both qualitative and quantitative research and can run studies and surveys by themselves or with very little guidance. Having an innovative mindset is essential as our client takes their products into the future. Skills Figma, Ux research, User research, Artificial intelligence, quantitative research, survey, User Interview, qualitative research, ux design Top Skills Details Figma, Ux research, User research, Artificial intelligence, quantitative research, survey, User Interview Additional Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field - 2-3 years of hands-on UX research experience in a product or service environment - Portfolio showcasing research projects with clear problem statements, methods, findings, and impact - Ability to scope, plan, and execute research studies independently or collaboratively - Understanding of ethical research practices, including consent and privacy - Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Experience Level Intermediate Leve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
