Telerecruitment Supervisor
Overview Works closely with the Telerecruitment Manager in devising and employing plans for achieving the department's pre-set monthly goals leading a team of part and full time associates. Candidate will manage the daily operations of the call center and have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leadership, ability to track/monitor performance throughout the month while leading a team that works six days a week. Responsibilities The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification. Responsible for the recruitment of blood donors via telephone in order to achieve pre-set monthly branch production goals. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and one year related supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
