About the Opportunity We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and networking projects for a dynamic technology organization. Why Join Us? * Be part of projects that support hospitals, military bases, schools, and public safety systems * Contribute to initiatives like EMS system upgrades, surveillance enhancements, and tech-forward learning environments * Long-term project pipeline with opportunities for growth * Competitive benefits including PPO & HMO plans, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Key Responsibilities * Lead multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion * Manage deployments of networking, wireless, VoIP, servers, storage, and cybersecurity solutions * Collaborate with engineering teams on Cisco, Aruba/HP, and Fortinet technologies * Conduct site surveys and oversee implementation activities * Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans * Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams * Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 9001 and NIST frameworks Required Qualifications * 8-10 years of recent experience in IT project management, preferably in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment * Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 Networking, SD-WAN, and cybersecurity frameworks * Hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba/HP, Fortinet solutions * PMP Certification (required) * Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Excel * Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications * ITIL or PGMP certification * Familiarity with Fortinet FortiManager/FortiGate Cloud, Cisco Meraki, Aruba Central * Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field * Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Aruba (ACMA/ACMP), or Fortinet certifications Additional Requirements * Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ready to Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
