Your Impact:

• Effectively lead the packaging, lab, and kitchen departments of the operations.

• Responsible for the production plan of the facility and to overseeproduction, inventory quantities, andproduct flow of finished goods intofulfillment.

• Develop and implement strategy,metricsand SOPsfor departments.

• Hire, train, mentor, coach and develop team leadership

• Support systems andlogisticsto ensure efficiencies and effectiveness in facility productionand ensure effective communication across teams

• Uphold safety,qualityand compliance standards
