This role is ideal for a high-energy individual with a passion for lean principles and a proven track record in sales leadership. Key responsibilities included engaging with sellers, sales managers, and senior commercial leaders to install and coach pipeline management best practices; contribute to the development of coaching guides for sales leaders, and implement processes and KPIs to ensure sustainment.
