The Data Enrichment Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Management Analyst to support critical data integrity and compliance initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or professionals in the early stages of their career who are eager to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with healthcare data systems, regulatory compliance, and enterprise analytics. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accuracy of Global Location Numbers (GLNs) and Health Industry Numbers (HINs), while contributing to broader data governance efforts across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and update GLN and HIN records across enterprise systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve GLN/HIN-related issues.

  • Support regulatory data submissions and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Contribute to data quality initiatives and process documentation.

  • Apply data governance principles to ensure consistency and accuracy of master data.

Training & Work Environment:
This hybrid position begins with remote training, including 2-3 weeks of systems instruction and hands-on learning with a leader or senior team member. After initial training, you'll begin working independently while staying closely connected with your leader for ongoing support. This structure ensures you gain confidence and real-time experience as you grow into the role.

Compensation:
This team role offers a starting rate of $28.20/hour or $68,656 annually, plus a 5% annual incentive.

This competitive starting rate reflects the investment in training and development needed to become successful in the role-and positions you for exciting promotional opportunities within the department and across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

  • 0-2 years of experience in data management, supply chain operations, or healthcare compliance. Relevant internships or coursework are a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Health Informatics, or a related field.

  • Strong intermediate skill in Excel to include V Lookups and Pivot Tables

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and master data management concepts.

  • Basic SQL skills for querying and validating data.

  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

  • Awareness of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and how to use them to enhance productivity and problem-solving.

Knowledge & Soft Skills:

  • Understanding of GLN and HIN structures and their roles in supply chain and healthcare data.

  • Awareness of DSCSA requirements, especially around serialized product tracking.

  • Awareness of HIN usage in healthcare and its importance in customer and location identification.

  • Basic knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-essential for working with internal stakeholders, customers, and the sales team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
