This role provides strategic leadership, management, and oversight for all company peer review activities, contributing to the direction of the broader functional area. The Senior Manager owns critical projects from inception to implementation, translating insights into action and ensuring departmental goals align with Village priorities. This leader supervises teammates, shapes team culture, and develops and implements procedures that ensure compliance with DaVita Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager serves as a key liaison to CPRC members, legal counsel, and practitioners, and is viewed as an enterprise influencer, driving discussions with key leaders and stakeholders to resolve complex credentialing and privileging issues.
