This may include identifying and mapping existing Python code to the business requirements. *Process Modeling: Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to clearly articulate current and future state business processes. *Bridge Communication Gaps: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the technical team, ensuring clear and consistent communication and a shared understanding of project goals. *Solution Validation: Collaborate with the technical team during the development lifecycle to ensure that the solutions being built are aligned with the business requirements. *User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT plans and test cases, and coordinate testing activities with business users to validate that solutions meet their needs and requirements. *Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Familiarity with Data Tools: A basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to facilitate more effective communication with the data team. *Value-Based Care Knowledge: Familiarity with value-based care principles, payment models, and related data analytics. *BA Certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus. *Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field. *3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the healthcare or health-tech industry. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
