Description Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Lead interviews, workshops, and meetings with business stakeholders (including clinical staff, project managers, and operational leaders) to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. Translate to Technical Specifications: Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and functional requirements that the data analytics and development teams can act upon. This may include identifying and mapping existing Python code to the business requirements. Process Modeling: Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other visual aids to clearly articulate current and future state business processes. Bridge Communication Gaps: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the technical team, ensuring clear and consistent communication and a shared understanding of project goals. Solution Validation: Collaborate with the technical team during the development lifecycle to ensure that the solutions being built are aligned with the business requirements. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop UAT plans and test cases, and coordinate testing activities with business users to validate that solutions meet their needs and requirements. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications* Familiarity with Data Tools: A basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to facilitate more effective communication with the data team. Value-Based Care Knowledge: Familiarity with value-based care principles, payment models, and related data analytics. BA Certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the healthcare or health-tech industry. Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
