Residential Alarm Installer Location: Philadelphia Market About the Role We are looking for experienced Residential Alarm Installers to join our team. This role involves installing and servicing security systems and smart home devices in residential environments while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Install and service alarm systems, including panels, contacts, cameras, locks, doorbells, and sensors. * Perform wiring, drilling, and device installation in residential settings. * Communicate professionally with customers and team members, including providing ETAs and coordinating system programming. * Ensure all devices are tested and verified for proper functionality. * Educate customers on system usage and mobile app features. * Maintain accurate inventory records and mileage logs. Top Skills & Qualifications * Alarm Installation Experience: Proficient in installing panels, contacts, cameras, locks, doorbells, and sensors. * Residential Service Expertise: Comfortable working inside homes, performing wiring, drilling, and device setup. * Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel between job sites (mileage reimbursed between jobs). * Strong Communication Skills: Professional interaction with customers and co-workers; ability to coordinate system programming. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
