In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and facilitating the implementation of the Dover Operational Excellence Model and the supporting leadership competencies across Dover Operating companies through training, coaching, and providing systems, resources, and tools to support operational excellence. You will also be responsible for driving transformation through the diligent use of Operational Excellence Tools enabled by Digital Platforms and other Digital Enablers. Success measures for this role will include operational and financial performance metrics, site operational excellence model certifications, and other relevant project completion measures. This is a remote position requiring a minimum of 50-75% domestic and occasional international travel to Dover and operating company locations and manufacturing sites. Work Arrangement : Remote Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $210,000.00annually Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
