Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Oversees IT modernization, infrastructure optimization, and compliance assurance.
* Lead initiatives to upgrade and streamline the Navy's IT systems, including cloud migration, virtualization, and automation technologies.
* Develop and implement policies for data governance, lifecycle management, and digital transformation aligned with mission goals.
* Oversee documentation, validation, and accreditation processes to ensure systems meet DoD cybersecurity and information assurance standards.
* Evaluate internal and external risks, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with federal regulations.
* Advance ITSM practices to improve service delivery, incident response, and operational efficiency.
* Work closely with Navy personnel, contractors, and leadership to align IT capabilities with operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Six (6) years of professional experience in a broad-base Automatic Data Processing (ADP) services environment.
* This position requires a T3/T3R investigation. Once contractors follow a WRC paradigm this will have a CWF designation at 424 Work Role Code with the proficiency level of Intermediate or higher.
* Secret up to Top Secret clearance.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
