Infrastructure Project Manager We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Business Technology team. This position plays a critical role in planning, organizing, and delivering technology projects that strengthen our infrastructure and ensure the stability of Silgan's enterprise systems. You'll coordinate efforts across departments, manage vendor relationships, and drive complex projects from concept to completion-keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track. What You Will Do
- Manage multiple infrastructure projects to ensure delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Define project deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with Business Technology stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals including system requirements, funding, and resource plans.
- Establish and monitor project milestones and success metrics.
- Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and contingency plans to keep initiatives on track.
- Communicate project expectations, updates, and outcomes to team members, management, and business partners.
- Organize all phases of the project lifecycle-from planning and execution through post-project review.
- Assemble cross-functional teams, providing guidance and accountability throughout the process.
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technologies to recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with infrastructure systems, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- PMP or related certification a plus.
