With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.

Responsibilities

• Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets; Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes
• Some contact with applicants; Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle
• Address routine questions by managers and employees; Assists in the coordination of local training
• Coordination of corporate sponsored training
• Training of development plans; Address well-defined questions by managers and employees
• Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process
• Assists with completion of HR projects
• Assists with compliance/audit activities
• Data entry and filing
• Assists with employee appreciation events/activities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, or HR Management
• 1-2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Spanish fluency
