8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
* Responsible for all aspects of international shipping.
* Ensures timely shipment of all LTL and international orders.
* Assists in directing personnel with the LTL duties.
* Helps prioritizing workflow as needed.
* Responds to requests for quotes and freight estimates.
* Communicates with freight brokers, vendors, and other departments.
* Determines best methods for cost effective shipping.
* Helps in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
* Able to assist the shipping department as needed.
* All other duties as deemed appropriate to the position.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructions.
* Follow work instructions and procedures.
* Basic math skills and the use of computer programs utilized in the Shipping Dept.
* Ability to resolve issues that may arise regarding shipping.
* Use of Sit-Down Forklift, Pallet Jack, Miter Saw, Tape Measure, Strapping Tool, Automatic Shrink wrap machine, Computer, Handheld Scanners, Vertical Storage Unit, Automatic Strapping and Banding Machine.
Minimum Requirements:
* Availability for overtime and weekend work when needed.
* Supply Chain/Shipping experience preferred.
* Must be hazmat certified within 3 months of hire date.
* Sit Down Forklift certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire date.
Quality Requirements:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
* Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function).
* Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations (As applicable to your job function).
* Attend all required Quality & Compliance training at the specified interval.
* Adopt the "Beyond Compliance Quality Culture" in the work environment; always meet and exceed requirements.
Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions:
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently, and over 50 lbs. with assisted lift. (not having any weight restrictions)
* Safe handling of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals for distribution.
* Able to stand and bend for long periods of time.
* Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the warehouse.
* Ability to safely, and properly operate power industrial equipment.

The compensation range for this position is between $17.50 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience and location

The base salary for this position is a minimum of $17.50 and a maximum of $18.50
