Salary Range: $66K to 72K*

Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator (Chat and Text) is responsible for managing and providing support to Lifeline network centers who are primarily providing crisis and suicide prevention over digital and online technologies (chat, text, etc.). This position requires frequent interaction with Lifeline network centers and leaders in the suicide prevention and crisis center communities.
Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate operations for Lifeline centers who provide crisis support over digital, online, or other related modalities (including chat, text, Crisis Services Over Messenger, etc.)
  • Onboard new centers into the Chat & Text network
  • Provider operations support to Lifeline centers (w/ a focus on software, platform navigation, and technical assistance)
  • Collaborate and coordinate center technical issues with Vibrant/Lifeline IT staff
  • Communicate with centers on related topics regularly; update centers via different available communications modalities
  • Analyze center data and investigate report variances
  • Monitor network performance, including performance metrics and service stability
  • Support service monitoring teams in service evaluation
  • Respond to service interruptions and coordinate network response via available communication modalities.
  • Develop & complete monthly reports
  • Work with other Vibrant teams to provide accurate and complete information to operations team and Lifeline network centers and help develop and test tools for both internal and external stakeholder use
  • Test and provide feedback on service enhancements, such as routing structures and platform features
  • Respond to emails from public website including user complaints and inquiries
  • Represent Lifeline at major national or regional conferences and advisory committees that will enhance Lifeline's recognized leadership in best practices in Clinical Technologies
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, comfortability with and an interest in technology and systems work
  • Interest in mental health/suicide prevention
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree.


Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.
  • Will frequently communicate over video calls with the internal and external stakeholders as well as team members.
  • Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
