DNV GreenPowerMonitor USA Inc. seeks a Customer Success Engineer to work at our office in Austin, TX.

Job Duties:

  • Successfully deliver On-site Solutions (SCADA and PPC) projects, while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Create specific tools and automation processes, enabling us to deliver intelligently and uphold our position as industry leaders.
  • Act as direct point of contact with client for all operational projects and the internal customer advocate.
  • Act as subject matter expert regarding the company hardware devices, software tools, functionality, and customization capabilities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer's problem.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer requests promptly via phone calls, video conferences, and email.
  • Organize customer training sessions to empower customers to be self-sufficient.
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product/service features and to provide internal trainings to less experienced colleagues.
  • Role is hybrid allowing periodic work from home within reasonable commuting distance of the Austin, TX office.
