Administrative Service Representative - Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Join our Emergency Department team and play a vital role in supporting patients, families, and clinical staff during the hours when your presence matters most. As an Administrative Service Representative (ASR), you'll be the heartbeat of our department - ensuring smooth communication, efficient operations, and compassionate service for everyone who walks through our doors.


What You'll Do


  • Serve as a customer service ambassador to patients, families, physicians, and staff-embodying the values of Sibley's Circle of Excellence.



  • Support the daily operations and flow of the Emergency Department by performing key administrative functions.



  • Act as a central source of information and coordination among staff, patients, and other hospital departments.



  • Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time management skills that help maintain an efficient, patient-focused environment.

Minimum Education and Experience:



  1. High School graduate or equivalent of education and experience.
  2. Intermediate computer and typing skills.
  3. Current CPR Certification required.
  4. Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities, especially in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 28.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
