CNC Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

The CNC Machine Operator will perform the operation and setup of complex machined components for multiple industries. This position is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision.

• Operate machine tools and make offset adjustments to optimize part conformance to print from written setup instructions
  
• Perform repetitive machining work while maintaining consistency and quality
  
• Read blueprints at a basic level and correlate information back to inspection protocols and documentation
  
• Assist with machine setup under the supervision of a machinist
  
• Apply basic machining techniques and understand control functions
  
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously as part of a production cell
  
• Apply working knowledge of GD&T
  
• Mentor and train other operators on repetitive jobs
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

• High School diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred
  
• Minimum of 2 years of machining experience
  
• Proficiency with measuring equipment relevant to assigned work
  
• Solid math skills
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success
