• Review and evaluate daily maintenance and inspection requirements to ensure airworthiness.
  
• Notify the Lead Mechanic of unusual circumstances requiring schedule adjustments, aircraft changes, or additional manpower or technical assistance.
  
• Oversee aircraft maintenance at assigned field bases, monitor stock levels, and requisition spares as needed for timely repairs.
  
• Ensure the safety and security of all company assets at the base.
  
• Prepare reports, requisitions, inventories, and certify aircraft logs and related documentation in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and client requirements.
  
• Accurately record maintenance activities in the company's maintenance tracking system.
  
• Communicate closely with the Lead Mechanic, Base Supervisor, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely job completion.
  
• Maintain and calibrate special tools, ensuring they remain in serviceable condition.
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

• High School diploma or equivalent.
  
• FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of certified maintenance experience as an A&P Mechanic.
  
• Effective communication and computer skills required.
  
• Must pass a pre-employment physical exam (including strength and flexibility assessment), drug screening, and background check.
  
• Sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting experience preferred.
  
• Must be able to travel as needed and work night shifts when required by maintenance operations.
