Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

- Responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing and delivery processes. Duties include; Maintaining a perfect safety record, ensuring TOC target are met for inventory, thru-put and delivery, driving cost control to budget targets, managing and developing the supervisor staff.

- Ensure zero lost time and recordable injuries through Risk reduction activities, active daily management and timely submittal of 10 counts and housekeeping audits

- On-time delivery of greater than 95%, manage TOC Inventory and thru-put goals to support our sales plan

- Hit variable cost & productivity budget- Active daily use of the FLEX

- Reduce late to PO to zero

- Build two shift cross trained operation- Drive headcount & training plan to support growth

- Drive shop areas to 6S standards - Take before and after pictures monthly of projects

- Manage, mentor, develop and direct the performance of supervisors & hourly associates

- Daily: maintain proper business coverage by properly managing employees to include vacation and paid time off of staff

- 20% Reduction in Scrap & Rework- Less than $500K- Operations accountability

- In-source machining & build 3 shift operation- Reduce OSP spend from $3.0M to $1.5M annually

- Execute pipeline project savings to get cost out

- Manage supervisors to make the day

- Management of the Heat Treat department and the personnel in that department.

- Special projects and other duties as assigned

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

6S housekeep and safety program to support zero injury goals

Daily Line Walks, TOC management, Battle plan support to our Sales ($80.5) and EBIT ($14.8M) plan

Staffing and training plans to support manning model

Operations Pipeline projects to support $1.3M cost out

Preventative Maintenance program to support on-time delivery

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* 5-10 years of manufacturing experience

* Preferred experience with TOC

* 5-10 years of management experience

* Preferred education in Engineering or Management

The range of pay for this role is $110000 to $150000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. This role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
