As a Financial Services Cybersecurity Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Crowe's cybersecurity strategy and leading teams that support top-tier banks, fintechs, capital markets firms, insurers, and digital asset companies to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. Job Summary We are seeking a visionary cybersecurity leader to join our growing Financial Services team as a Director. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial services cybersecurity-particularly within the banking industry-combined with broad experience across fintech, capital markets, insurance, and digital assets. This individual will oversee client engagements, direct strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development and execution of Crowe's cybersecurity vision, offerings, and market presence. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
