Sales Force Development Specialist

As the Salesforce Development Specialist for PPG, you will help build strategic programs that enhance the capabilities of the global Refinish sales organization. You will help deliver training programs, onboarding processes, coaching frameworks, and competency-based curriculum. Reporting directly to the Sales Force Development Manager you will collaborate with Commercial Excellence and subject matter experts to guide impactful learning experiences and foster a culture of continuous development and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and administer programs aligned with the global sales team development strategy for Refinish.

  • Develop and deliver curriculum content to address competency gaps within the Refinish sales team.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build training materials.

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a global sales onboarding program.

  • Design and produce learning guides and media for sales enablement tools.

  • Support the development and rollout of a sales coaching culture, including training and ongoing coaching efforts.

  • Contribute to change management programs related to Commercial Excellence processes.

  • Coordinate and report metrics related to onboarding, skills assessments and training to partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a sales responsibility within the Refinish industry.

  • Experience delivering training and supporting talent development.

  • Creative approach to designing and managing development programs.

  • Proficiency in MS365, SharePoint, and other productivity applications.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills.

  • Travel up to 15%.
