Overview
Responsible for the daily workflow within the department, which includes receiving, scanning and reviewing loan documentation. Role requires individuals to perform high volume, time sensitive duties related to the loan booking process which includes researching and problem solving to minimize documentation risk to ensure departmental service levels are met. Provide support to Sales Finance associates, branches and other Bank departments regarding the servicing of Sales Finance loans. Work with loan officers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure dealer and customer satisfaction in the loan booking process. Remain current with the changing departmental procedures, Bank policies, federal, state and other governmental rules and regulations. Responsibilities
