Team & Documentation

  • Access and update production and quality systems to track work orders and part history.
  • Interpret work instructions, process sheets, and quality control plans (QCPs).
  • Train in standard operating procedures through verbal, written, and practical instruction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals and continuous improvement.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise machining and inspection.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in various postures as needed to set up machines and inspect parts.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to metal, lubricants, noise, and moving equipment.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of machining experience operating CNC lathes and mills in a production environment.
