Role Overview
The Senior Partner Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that empower Kepware's global partner ecosystem. This role bridges Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue and customer success. It is both strategic and operational, focused on scaling partner impact through structured enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner enablement framework aligned with Kepware's GTM strategy.
- Create onboarding programs, training paths, and certification tracks for new and existing partners.
- Curate and distribute enablement content including playbooks, product updates, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor partner engagement and performance to refine enablement efforts.
Systems & Tools Integration
- Collaborate with Sales Ops and IT to ensure partner portals, LMS platforms, and CRM systems support enablement workflows.
- Maintain accurate partner data and activity tracking within Salesforce and related platforms.
- Support automation of partner communications, training reminders, and reporting dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partner enablement with business priorities.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure partners receive timely updates on new releases and positioning.
- Partner with Sales Operations to streamline processes for partner deal registration, lead routing, and performance tracking.
Program Management & Reporting
- Lead quarterly enablement campaigns and partner summits.
- Track KPIs such as partner activation rates, training completion, and revenue contribution.
- Deliver regular reports to leadership on partner enablement impact and opportunities for improvement.
Performance Metrics
- Partner onboarding time and training completion rates.
- Partner engagement with enablement content and tools.
- Revenue influenced or sourced by enabled partners.
- Satisfaction scores from partner feedback surveys.
- Timely delivery of enablement programs and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel sales, or sales operations.
- Experience with industrial automation or software/SaaS preferred.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LMS platforms, and enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Familiarity with Kepware products and industrial connectivity solutions is a plus.
