Job Description

We're looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the protection of RelaDyne's computer networks and data by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events. This role is focused on detection, incident response, compliance, and risk management. The Analyst provides visibility into emerging threats, assists with audits, and ensures policies and standards are followed.

What You'll Do:



  • Monitor security tools, SIEM dashboards, and log data for threats, anomalies, and policy violations.
  • Perform initial triage of security alerts and escalate incidents as required.
  • Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security gap analysis.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory audits (SOC 2, PCI, NIST, HIPAA, CMMC).
  • Maintain and improve cybersecurity standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support vulnerability management by tracking remediation and reporting progress.
  • Create and maintain incident response playbooks and detection logic.
  • Generate regular reporting on security posture, risks, and incidents.
  • Promote security awareness across the organization through training and guidance.
  • Research current threats and adversary tactics to improve detection capabilities.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, adversary tactics, and threat detection.
  • Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, PCI DSS).
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and awareness.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of traveling up to 30%


Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT security, SOC, or risk/compliance functions.
  • Experience with cloud-native security tools (Azure Security Center, Defender, Sentinel).
  • CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or similar security certifications strongly preferred.
