The Opportunity Reporting directly to the SVP of Human Resources for our Airlines & Fleets and Military, Helicopter & Energy Divisions, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead key strategic projects across multiple facets of the HR Function. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for project leadership, organizational design, and change management. The Director will serve as an internal consultant and execution partner to senior HR and business leaders within A&F and MH&E, ensuring the effective delivery of Division wide programs and initiatives.
