We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our Houston team and play a key role in the success of our operations. In this position, you'll support aircraft maintenance projects by processing documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring that every detail - from work package creation to customer communication - is accurate, timely, and professional. - Receive, process, and verify work packages and associated job cards for incoming maintenance projects.
- Use company systems (RPA, SFDC, and Concur) to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Confirm and communicate customer requirements and expectations to technicians, Crew Chiefs, and management.
- Respond to customer service requests, including work scope and order changes, and ensure updates are communicated appropriately.
- Enter and update data in word processing and spreadsheet systems; review discrepancies and request clarification as needed.
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for team members.
- Prepare and distribute various reports, updates, and documentation as requested by leadership.
- Provide back-up support for billing, transactional cost management, invoice resolution, and receptionist duties.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and other administrative functions supporting Houston operations.
- Represent StandardAero positively in all customer and community interactions.
- Observe all safety requirements and report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as required.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative or Customer Service Representative experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on-site in a professional office environment.
- Experience with invoicing, record keeping, and customer relations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business systems (fax, copier, multi-line phone systems).
- Authorized to work in the U.S, without sponsorship.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
