Maintenance Supervisor - Manufacturing Saginaw, MI Job Description: Supervise a medium size group of employees involved in a skilled area of work Involves construction, repair, and maintenance of plant and equipment. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Work is of a technical nature with decisions made within the limits of general procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
